I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was central and safe, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel had good bed comfort, and the air conditioning did its job of cooling, albeit with some pulsating noise of air flow. The hotel also had a good amount of greenery, with full-grown trees in the premises, making it pleasant for a stroll. The staff at this hotel were courteous, from the room service waiters to those at the reception. They even allowed me a late checkout by one and a half hours without any extra charge.
Nothing, I didn't like to be fair.

Direct connection to jyotiba temple. Free WiFi was working perfectly. The hotel was close to Kolhapur train station...

👍 Generous free breakfast, with a good variety of food options. The room size was just right, giving us plenty of space to move around comfortably.

Central and easily accessible location with ample parking space. The buffet breakfast had a decent spread of delicious regional food items. The staff was attentive and courteous.
The rooms and bathrooms seem to be poorly maintained, aged as well as dirty. The bathroom door paint and fittings need immediate repair.

Best aspects of My Xmas stay: the hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. the open lawn area was a pleasant surprise, perfect for family gatherings. the staff was very courteous and helpful and ensured all our needs were taken care of. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation.
Worst aspects of My Xmas stay: the breakfast spread could have been better. the hot water flow in the shower was not sufficient.

Located near the railway station in the centre of the city, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful stay amidst the main market place. Despite being situated in the midst of a chaotic market place, guests can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms are clean, and the restaurant serves good food under the open sky. There is a pleasant garden area and the staff are helpful.
Some of the furniture may be old and the A/C may need maintenance.
